  These guys are shocking, the staff have no clue about the post office side. Always a queue because they struggle to deal with the simplest requests. The other day the woman at the counter insisted a lady had to send a birthday card with a £20 voucher in it by Special delivery which would cost £5 the lady walked out. Really couldnt tell if this was to upsell or if they are really that dumb. I never go to this post office now even though its closest my house.
